1. General warning
Trading financial instruments, including leveraged foreign exchange and precious metals, involves substantial risk. Losses may be rapid and can exceed expectations. Depending on the product and account structure, additional liability may arise.
2. Software is not a guarantee
Indicators, automated trading systems and market-intelligence tools cannot guarantee profits, accuracy or protection from loss. A buy or sell signal is not a promise of a successful trade.
3. Automated execution
Expert Advisors can place and manage orders when enabled. Execution may differ from tests due to spreads, slippage, latency, broker rules, liquidity, disconnections, symbol specifications and market volatility.
4. Backtesting limitations
Historical results, simulated trades, optimisation and demonstrations are not reliable predictions of future performance. Overfitting, incomplete data, changing market conditions and execution assumptions can materially distort results.
5. Customer responsibility
Users remain responsible for understanding the software, configuring risk controls, monitoring accounts and deciding whether a product is suitable for their circumstances. Test in a demo environment before considering live use.
6. Product distinctions
The 500 Calabash PRO indicator is intended as a chart-analysis product and does not itself execute trades. The separate 500 Calabash EA is a future automated-trading product subject to its own testing and release gates. V45.7 and Eagle Eye are distinct research/intelligence workstreams.
7. Refunds versus trading losses
Any eligible software refund applies to the qualifying software payment, not trading losses, brokerage fees, spreads, commissions or missed opportunities.
8. Regulatory and publication review
The legal operator, target jurisdictions, product descriptions and any applicable financial-promotion requirements must be reviewed before this disclosure becomes effective.
