Refund, Rental & Free Trial Policy

1. Our 14-Day Promise

For eligible direct purchases, Rocksolid Markets intends to offer a voluntary 14-day satisfaction money-back guarantee. Customers may request a refund without providing a reason. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. Outright Purchases

The proposed guarantee covers eligible outright software purchases for 14 calendar days from payment. Outright purchases do not automatically create recurring subscriptions. Refunded licences may be deactivated under the applicable licence terms.

3. Rentals and Subscriptions

For eligible rental products, the proposed guarantee covers the first paid rental payment for 14 calendar days from the date that payment is collected. It does not automatically restart on each renewal.

4. Free Trials

Selected subscription products may offer 7-day or 14-day free trials. A payment card may be required at enrolment, but no subscription fee is charged during the advertised trial.

Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription. The exact price, currency, billing date, renewal frequency and cancellation terms must be disclosed clearly before enrolment and expressly agreed to.

Any temporary card authorisation, if applicable, must be separately disclosed.

5. Cancellation

Customers may cancel an eligible free trial before the first subscription charge. Cancellation completed before the applicable deadline prevents that charge. Paid subscriptions must provide a straightforward way to cancel future renewals.

6. Requesting a Refund

Customers may contact support@rocksolid.markets and provide enough transaction information to locate their order. A reason for dissatisfaction is not required.

Approved refunds will be initiated using the applicable payment-provider process. Processing times depend on the payment method and applicable legal requirements.

7. Third-Party Marketplaces

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces may be governed by the platform's own payment, licensing and refund rules. Rocksolid Markets will only advertise guarantees that can lawfully and operationally be honoured on the relevant sales channel.

8. Trading Risk

The proposed refund guarantee concerns eligible software payments. It does not reimburse trading losses, spreads, commissions or brokerage charges. Trading and automated execution involve financial risk and do not guarantee profits.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in the final policy will exclude or restrict statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable protections concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content.

10. Final Approval

Before this policy becomes effective, the legal seller, jurisdiction, payment provider, refund workflow, licensing arrangements and subscription-cancellation process must be confirmed.
