This draft describes the intended privacy practices for the public Rocksolid Markets website and its customer-support communications. The legal operator and responsible data controller have not yet been confirmed. This notice must not become effective until that information and applicable jurisdictional disclosures are completed.
2. Information processed
Visitors may provide names, email addresses, messages and attachments when contacting support. Cloudflare may process technical request information, including IP addresses and security-event data, to deliver and protect the website. The exact processing inventory remains subject to audit.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
Intended purposes include answering enquiries, maintaining website availability and security, investigating incidents and meeting legal obligations. Where UK GDPR applies, lawful bases must be mapped to each activity before publication; legitimate interests, pre-contractual steps and legal obligations may be relevant but are not automatically established.
4. Providers and transfers
The website uses Cloudflare hosting and Email Routing. Support messages are forwarded to a designated Microsoft Outlook inbox. Provider terms, processing roles, retention and any international transfer safeguards require verification.
5. Cookies and analytics
Cookie and tracking behaviour has not yet been fully audited. Any non-essential analytics or tracking will require appropriate disclosures and consent controls where applicable.
6. Retention and security
Retention periods for support correspondence, website security logs and other records are pending confirmation. Reasonable access controls, HTTPS and controlled deployments are used, but no online service is perfectly secure.
7. Your rights

8. Future services
Public customer accounts, checkout, licensing and payment processing are not currently operated through this website. This notice will be updated before those services launch.
